Bush, Kerry ready to square off again
President Bush and Sen. John Kerry will go head to head tonight in the second presidential debate of the election season.
The candidates will meet at Washington University in St. Louis in a townhall format and will spar over domestic policy issues at 9 p.m.
At the first debate last week, Bush and Kerry traded fire over the war in Iraq and other topics related to national security.
Tonight’s debate, moderated by Charles Gibson, will last 90 minutes and will be followed by commentators’ analysis.
A third and final debate is scheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 13 at Arizona State University.
