Amnesty to hold

The University’s Amnesty International will host its third annual benefit concert called “Amps for Stamps” to support the organization’s letter writing campaigns and future events.

The concert will start at 10 tonight upstairs at Tasty World.

Performing will be Telenovela, Ice Cream Socialists and Freeze Tag.

The cost is $5, and all proceeds will go directly to the organization.

Amnesty International is a worldwide organization that campaigns for internationally recognized human rights and works to combat human rights abuses.

The University’s chapter of Amnesty International meets from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. every Tuesday in Room 253 of the Student Learning Center.
