In regards to the article about the SLC's power use compared to the Management building at Georgia Tech, I would like to point out a flaw in the arguement that the SLC waste more power. Given the numbers printed in the article, the SLC costs arround 52 dollars an hour on power. The Management building at Georgia Tech costs almost 129 dollars an hour. The only reason why the SLC power bill is higher is because it is opened 110 hours a week. If the Management building were open that long, it would cost close to 450,000 dollars to power for months from January to August. Personally, I think we're getting the better deal.
