The following unrelated incidences were reported by the Athens-Clarke County police department:
Nathan Walters reported criminal trespass to property at The Hill Apartments on 215 China Street between 9 p.m. on Aug. 22 and 5:30 p.m. on Aug. 23. He reported the driver side window broken out but nothing missing or moved on the inside. He said there was a party in the area the night before.
Johnny Nam Le was arrested for disorderly conduct at Flanagan’s on 301 East Clayton Street at 12:45 a.m. on Aug. 24. Officer Gipson heard Le yelling at a female and grabbing her. Others were trying to push him off the girl and kept looking at Gipson, telling Le the officer was looking. Le yelled profanity at the officer and pushed him away when Gipson talked to him.
Wesley Aaron French was arrested for unlawful use of license and wrong way on a one-way street between 10:30 p.m. on Aug. 23 at East Washington and North Lumpkin streets. Officer A. Matthews stopped him, and French gave the ID of one of his fraternity brothers.
A theft occurred at 705 Spring Valley Road between 5:15 a.m. on Aug. 22 and 2:35 a.m. on Aug. 23. Jeanette Cochran, a University employee, said a diamond ring worth $1500, $200 in dollars and $150 in coins were stolen. The front door was kicked in and two drawers in her dresser were opened.
Dennis M. Calhoun was arrested for family violence criminal trespass to property at 968 Waddell Street between 1 a.m. and 1:20 a.m. on Aug. 24. He and his wife, a University employee in Bioscience, were in a verbal argument when he threw her phone to the ground and shattered it. She threatened him with a baseball bat and said that usually gets him to calm down and leave peacefully. A witness confirmed the report.
A theft by taking was reported at the School of Music between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. on Aug. 22. A saxophone worth $3,000 was stolen.
James Cody Adler, 19, was arrested for underage possession of alcohol at Alpha Kappa Lambda on 1775 South Milledge Avenue at 12:20 a.m. on Aug. 23. Fraternity President Stefan Andrew Latzko, 19, was given a noise ordinance citation for the loud music.
President Philip John Almeter was given a noise violation citation at Gamma Phi on 1880 South Lumpkin Street at 12:05 a.m. on Aug. 23. Officer G. Davis reported to the house because of loud talking and laughing.
Evan Richard Baker, 20, was arrested for underage possession of alcohol at 100 Stone Mill Run Rivermill Apartments at 3:15 a.m. on Aug. 25.
Katherine Wainwright Brandon, 18, was arrested for littering and underage possession of alcohol at the intersection of Hancock and Newton streets at 11:30 p.m. on Aug. 24. She got out of a cab with a red plastic cup and left it in the street. Mary Pierce, who was with her, was arrested as well.
A theft by taking was reported at 178 Mitchell Street between 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 23 and 5:30 a.m. on Aug. 24. Hunter Creekmore said his $450 mountain bike was stolen from the back yard. It was not secured.
A theft by taking was reported at the Alpha Delta Pi house on 150 South Milledge Avenue between 1 a.m. and 2 a.m. on Aug. 24. Caroline Stubbs said a $590 ring, a $625 bracelet and a $800 bracelet were stolen from a tray on her bureau.
David Heshmat Emadi, 19, was arrested for urinating in public and underage possession of alcohol in front of Boar’s Head on 260 East Washington Street at 2 a.m. on Aug. 25.

Charles Douglas Bodine, 20, was arrested for noise ordinance and underage possession of alcohol. He was booked at 7:50 a.m. on Aug. 25.
Austin Frank Carson, 20, was arrested for underage possession of alcohol, improper driving, failure to stop and yield at signs and driving under the influence of alcohol. He was booked at 3:20 a.m. on Aug. 25.
Alexander James Cronon, 21, was arrested for criminal trespass. He was booked at 6:24 p.m. on Aug. 24.
Trey Patrick Dove, 19, was arrested for underage possession of alcohol and noise ordinance violation. He was booked at 8 a.m. on Aug. 25.
William Kevin Fussell, 20, was arrested for noise ordinance violation and underage possession of alcohol. He was booked at 7:40 a.m. on Aug. 25.
Pamela Denise Gilmore, 45, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, not exhibiting a license on demand and failing to stop and yield at signs. She was booked at 9 p.m. Aug. 24. She is a University employee.
Michael Christopher Haas, 19, was arrested for underage possession of alcohol and noise ordinance violation. He was booked at 8 a.m. on Aug. 25.
Marion Foster Hammes, 28, was arrested for leaving the scene of an accident and driving under the influence on alcohol. He was booked at 9:40 p.m. on Aug. 24.
Kathleen McCauley Ishee, 18, was arrested for underage possession of alcohol and for the manufacture/distribution of false ID. She was booked at 5:35 a.m. on Aug. 25.
Alicea Briana Glover, 19, was arrested for driving under the influence on alcohol, underage possession of alcohol and improper driving. She was booked at 3:50 a.m. on Aug. 26.
Graham Paul Hanson, 21, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and tail light violation. He was booked at 6 p.m. on Aug. 25.
Ashley Nicole Knight, 22, was arrested for criminal trespass and public intoxication. She was booked at 6:15 a.m. on Aug. 26.
Lauren Renee Bell, 18, was arrested for possession of false ID, driving under the influence of alcohol, improper driving and underage possession of alcohol. She was booked at 6 a.m. on Aug. 24.
Leah Rose Finney, 19, was arrested for underage possession of alcohol. She was booked at 1:30 a.m. on Aug. 24.
Zachary Evan Sanders, 20, was arrested for underage possession of alcohol and littering. He was booked at 11 p.m. on Aug. 23.
Margaret Dale McCain, 18, was arrested for underage possession of alcohol and false ID. She was booked at 1:40 a.m. on Aug. 24.
James Richard Sullivan, 18, was arrested for pedestrian under the influence and underage possession of alcohol. He was booked at 5:30 a.m. on Aug. 24.
