The following unrelated incidents were reported by the Athens-Clarke County police department:

Thomas Benjamin Trotter, 19, was arrested and charged with underage possession at 224 Hill Street at 4:50 a.m. on Nov. 9. He was beating on the door at the residence, and the woman called police. Trotter told the officer he lived there but said he lived at Creswell Hall. His clothes were wet, and he said he had been drinking downtown earlier.

A water ban citation was given to Zeta Tau Alpha house on 897 South Milledge Avenue at 3:20 a.m. on Nov. 9. The police officer saw six sprinklers running.

Richard Whitehead, 18, was arrested for underage possession, possession of a fake ID and obstruction at Bourbon Street bar on 333 East Broad Street at 12:30 a.m. on Nov. 9. He stumbled outside of the door and was denied from the bar. When he saw the police officer, he ran into the bar. A bouncer and the officer pulled him out, and when he tried to run inside again, Whitehead pulled the officer and himself to the ground and hit face first. As he was being handcuffed, Whitehead said this was his second underage possession arrest.

A theft occurred at Target on 3065 Atlanta Highway at 12:40 p.m. on Nov. 8. Alison Bagdy said her purse was stolen while she was looking at shoes.

A burglary occurred at 400 Riverbend Parkway between 8:45 a.m. and 12:20 p.m. on Nov. 8. Morgan Bryant said a $900 laptop was stolen from her room, and her window was left open. A monitor was stolen from her roommate.

The following unrelated incidents were reported by the UGA police department:

Controlled substances were located in the biology building at 11:44 p.m. on Nov. 7. While conducting a welfare check and responding to an alarm activation, officers found items commonly associated with the use of controlled substances. A male employee was transported by EMS.

A theft occurred at the Student Learning Center between 9 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. on Nov. 7. A male student reported his $1900 bookbag and contents stolen.

A vehicle was stolen from Bolton Dining Hall at 7:44 p.m. on Nov. 8. A male employee said his $2000 car was stolen.

A battery occurred at the law school library at 4:30 p.m. on Nov. 8. A female student said a person known to her grabbed her neck.

Warrants were issued on Nov. 8 for Joy English, a University employee. She is being charged with 17 counts of first degree forgery and 14 felony counts of theft by taking.

Warrants were issued on Nov. 8 for Jennifer Parker, a University employee. She is being charged with 2 felony counts and 12 misdemeanor counts of theft by taking.

Marisa Nicole Kinikles, 23, was arrested and charged with driving with suspended license and stop sign violation on the River Road Loop at 5:35 p.m. on Nov. 8.

Daniel R. Callahan, was arrested and charged with underage possession at Meigs Hall at 12:46 a.m. on Nov. 9.

Cameron Mountcastle Groth, 19, was arrested and charged with underage possession in the Chi Psi lot at 1:47 a.m. on Nov. 9.

Wesley Jackson Shelnutt was arrested and charged with underage possession on North Quad at 2:40 a.m. on Nov. 9.

The following unrelated arrests were reported in the Clarke County Sheriff’s Office booking log:

Wendy Lyn Solomon, 21, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. She was booked at 1:50 a.m. on Nov. 9. She is a reservation agent for the Georgia Center.

Karolina Ewa Tupko, 19, was arrested and charged with license required, failure to yield, improper backing, underage possession of alcohol and driving under the influence of alcohol. She was booked at 9:09 p.m. on Nov. 8.

Kara Rae Armstrong, 20, was arrested and charged with underage possession, battery and felony obstruction. She was booked at 5:30 a.m. on Nov. 10.

Michael Joseph Finnis, 18, was arrested and charged with possession ID without consent and underage possession of alcohol. He was booked at 3:33 a.m. on Nov. 10.

Tessa Evelyn Marie Fronzaglio, 24, was arrested and charged with suspended license and operation unregistered vehicle. She was booked at 3:15 p.m. on Nov. 9.

Autumn Charmaine Lay, 46, was arrested and charged with expired license, no proof insurance and turning movements. She was booked at 7:27 p.m. on Nov. 9. Lay is a utility worker for Chick-fil-A food services.

Michael Alex Reich, 20, was arrested and charged with obstruction and underage possession of alcohol. He was booked at 2:24 a.m. on Nov. 10.

Taylor Montgomery Saul, 20, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. He was booked at 3:10 a.m. on Nov. 10.

Brady Lambert Benz, 19, was arrested and charged with giving false information, open containers, obstruction and underage possession of alcohol. He was booked at 2:57 p.m. on Nov. 10.

Rachel Anne Boyd, 23, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper driving. She was booked at 9:17 a.m. on Nov. 10.

Kyle Joseph Collins, 20, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. He was booked at 9:56 p.m. on Nov. 10.

John Taylor Dickey, 19, was arrested and charged with open container and underage possession of alcohol at 9:17 p.m. on Nov. 10.

Logan Stillwell Duke, 22, was arrested and charged with public intoxication and obeying traffic control. He was booked at 9:05 p.m. on Nov. 10.

Ellen Lucile Edelman, 20, was arrested and charged with open container and underage possession of alcohol. He was booked at 4:40 p.m. on Nov. 10.

Gregory James Griffith, 21, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. He was booked at 12:15 a.m. on Nov. 11.

Wesley Robert Joiner, 20, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol and open container. He was booked at 4:56 p.m. on Nov. 10.

Caroline Keith, 17, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. She was booked at 8:15 p.m. on Nov. 10.

Amy Marie Lepley-Flood, 21, was arrested and charged with improper driving and driving under the influence of alcohol. She was booked at 3:40 a.m. on Nov. 11.

Michael Andrew McGuirk, 20, was arrested and charged with open container, underage possession of alcohol, possession ID without consent and obstruction. He was booked at 9:47 p.m. on Nov. 11.

Katherine Riccione, 19, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. She was booked at 2:04 a.m. on Nov. 11.

Daniel Welden Sage, 20, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. He was booked at 2:56 p.m. on Nov. 10.

Joshua Michael Tarver, 18, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. He was booked at 2:05 a.m. on Nov. 11.

Michael Dean Watson, 24, was arrested and charged with pedestrian under the influence. He was booked at 9:12 p.m. on Nov. 10.
