The following unrelated incidents were reported by the Athens-Clarke County police department:
Tosha Nichole Wade was arrested and charged with underage possession at Clayton Street and College Avenue at 2:50 a.m. on Nov. 17. An officer stopped her because she was driving without the headlights on.
Hans Micah Gillan, 20, was arrested and charged with second degree forgery and underage possession of alcohol at North Avenue and Berlin Street at 2:25 a.m. on Nov. 17. An officer saw Gillan vomit in the roadway. He said he was trying to get back to campus to go home, but the officer told him he was walking in the wrong direction. He had a fake ID.
James Edger McManemon III, 20, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol and urinating in public at Boar’s Head on 260 East Washington Street at 2:05 a.m. on Nov. 17. He apologized to the police officer for urinating near a truck.
A burglary occurred at River Oaks Apartments on 148 Old Will Hunter Road between 10:30 p.m. on Nov. 16 and 1 a.m. on Nov. 17. John Cooper said a $800 laptop, $1300 laptop, $150 Playstation, $250 laptop and a cigar box were stolen from him and his roommates. A screwdriver was found outside the window where the suspect entered.
An entering auto occurred at North Newton Street and West Hancock Avenue between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. on Nov. 16. Gary Baker said a $250 iPod was stolen. A brick was thrown through the passenger window.
A criminal trespass occurred at River Mill Apartments on 203 Stone Mill Run between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Nov. 16. Jessica Ellison said a $200 electric antenna was broken on her car.
Criminal trespass to property occurred at River Mill Apartments on 300 Stone Mill Run between 10 p.m. on Nov. 15 and 3 p.m. on Nov. 16. Thomas Taylor said his sideview mirror was broken. Patrick Tu also said his sideview mirror was broken. Several other cars in the apartment parking lot were damaged.
A theft occurred on 165 Arch Street between 12:10 a.m. and 3:30 a.m. on Nov. 18. Logan Scholfield said a $250 mountain bike, which was chained to the porch rail, was stolen. The chain and lock were left on the porch.
Tyler Russell Whitley, 19, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol at Polo Club on 110 International Drive at 11:50 p.m. on Nov. 17. An officer approached a group in the parking lot who were carrying a case of beer. Some said they had been drinking earlier, and Whitley tested positive on the Alcosensor.
Walter James McGinnis, 19, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol and urinating in public in the parking lot of Washington and Lumpkin streets at 12:05 a.m. on Nov. 18. An officer driving down the street saw McGinnis urinating on a vehicle in the parking lot.
Nicolas Scott Montgomery was cited a noise ordinance violation at Lumpkin Square Condos on 1515 South Lumpkin Street at 11:15 p.m. on Nov. 17. An officer received a complaint and could hear the music from the opposite side of the street. Montgomery said his friends had turned up the music because they liked the song.
Jason Murray Goldenberg, 23, was arrested and charged with felony first degree forgery at The Arch on College Avenue and Broad Street at 10:30 a.m. on Nov. 17. A male chased Goldenberg toward the police, and the two argued about counterfeit money that had passed between them for football tickets. Goldenberg said he received three fake $100 bills from another male and used them to buy tickets by mistake.
The following unrelated incidents were reported by the UGA police department:
A criminal trespass occurred at the East Campus Village lot between 12:30 a.m. and 8:40 p.m. on Nov. 15. A female student said a window was broken on her vehicle.
Ashley R. Posson was arrested and charged with driving with suspended license and following too close on the River Road loop at 11:43 a.m. on Nov. 15.
Cruise Wayne Gatzman, 19, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to maintain lane and underage possession at Baxter and Finley streets at 12:31 a.m. on Nov. 16.
William Charles Cherney, 24, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper turn and unlicensed driver at the railroad lot between 1:51 a.m. on Nov. 16.
The following unrelated arrests were reported in the Clarke County Sheriff’s Office booking log:
Charles Daniel Flynn, 20, was arrested and charged with battery. He was booked at 7:04 p.m. on Nov. 16.
Jennifer Nicole Kane, 26, was arrested and charged with ten misdemeanor counts of theft by receiving stolen goods, one felony count of financial transaction card theft, six charges of felony financial transaction card fraud and six felony charges of possession of ID without consent. She was booked at 9:42 a.m. on Nov. 16.
Christopher J Nutgrass, 18, was arrested and charged with false report of a crime. He was booked at 12:20 p.m. on Nov. 16.
Nicholas Jerrell Spires, 22, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and following too closely. He was booked at 7:03 p.m. on Nov. 16.
Michael Van Stoeling, 20, was arrested and charged with probation violation under the Municipal Court. He was booked at 7:22 p.m. on Nov. 15.
Dorothy Alecia Barrett, 28, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper driving. She was booked at 12:51 a.m. on Nov. 17.
Robert Charles Crosby, 18, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol, criminal trespass and manufacturing/distributing fake ID. He was booked at 3:10 a.m. on Nov. 17.
William Edward Dupee, 18, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol and driving under the influence of alcohol. He was booked at 5:14 a.m. on Nov. 17.
John McArthur Freeman, 20, was arrested and charged with public intoxication and underage possession of alcohol. He was booked at 2:47 a.m. on Nov. 17.
Michael Alan Hermance, 18, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass and underage possession of alcohol. He was booked at 3:12 a.m. on Nov. 17.
Mary Katherine Oyler, 19, was arrested and charged with obstruction, simple battery of a police officer and underage possession of alcohol. She was booked at 5:48 a.m. on Nov. 17.
Lauren Lela Drummonds, 27, was arrested and charged with improper driving and driving under the influence of alcohol. She was booked at 12:01 a.m. on Nov. 18.
Cameron English Hollenbeck, 25, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of drugs. He was booked at 5:52 a.m. on Nov. 18.
Barbara Elizabeth Mackenzie, 21, was arrested and charged with obeying signals and driving under the influence of alcohol. She was booked at 9:16 a.m. on Nov. 18.
James Matthew McClure, 20, was arrested and charged with turning movements, underage possession of alcohol, entering/crossing road and driving under the influence of alcohol. He was booked at 11:27 p.m. on Nov. 17.
