Veggie Tacos

Ingredients

2 warmed, slightly toasted flour tortillas

Spread 2 tablespoons of guacamole on each tortilla

Top each tortilla with:

2 oz. shredded lettuce

1 oz. mixed cheese

2 oz. fresh pico de gallo

Spread alfalfa sprouts on top and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Serve with freshly made salsa or buttermilk ranch and hot, seasoned black beans.
