Downtown Saturday night is arguably the biggest challenge for any bartender, new or old. It can be hard to take every order with patience and a smile, but happy-go-lucky Charlotte managed with ease.

She had an aura and attitude that made her seem relatable to anyone: young, old, male or female.

Over the period of about an hour, she seemed to have the highest turnover rate of any server behind the bar – never taking a break and always looking for a thirsty face.

Her bartending skills were further proven when she grabbed five bottles of liquor at once and poured them into a row of glasses making multiple strong drinks in seconds. Her drink suggestion, “Be My Valentini,” was served bubbly, tart and with candy.

Charlotte and the love-inspired drink were sweet enough to make a crowded Winery visit worth the lack of breathing room.
