The following incidents were reported to the Athens-Clarke County Police:

Marybeth Isley reported an entering auto on 2/29/2008 at 10 p.m. on Pendleton Drive. According to the police report the vehicle was unlocked at the time and a cannon digital camera worth $350 was taken.

Jasmine Kern reported an entering auto on 3/3/2008 at 7:30 p.m. on Riverbend Parkway. According to a police report there was damage to the stereo and dashboard of her 1996 Jeep Cherokee.

The following incidents are according to the University Police Daily Log:

A female student reported a Theft of Lost/Mislaid Property between 02/10/08 at 9 p.m. to 02/11/08 at 9 a.m. at an off campus location with a driver’s license worth $21 missing.

A male student reported financial transaction card fraud at an off campus location on 02/29/08 at 12:36 p.m. The victim reported an unauthorized charge on his credit card.

A female student reported an entering auto that occurred between 03/01/08 at 10 p.m. to 03/02/08 at 8:16 a.m. in the Central Duplicating Lot. A backpack and its contents worth $128 were taken.

A male student reported a burglary at Kappa Alpha on 03/02/08 between 3:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. and reported that a laptop worth $1,000 was taken.

Brett Jason Rudolph, male employee was arrested for theft by Conversion (felony) on 02/29/08 and warrants were issued.

Linden Lee Miller, female student was arrested for underage possession/possession of a fake ID 02/29/08 in Brumby Hall and warrants were issued.

Blair Elyssa Fine, female student was arrested for underage possession on 02/
29/08 at 7:53 p.m. in Brumby Hall.

Michael William McCard, male student was arrested for DUI/failure to maintain lane 03/01/08 at 2:07 a.m. on Riverbend Road.

Alexander Brown, male student was arrested for criminal trespass/public drunkenness 03/01/08 at 4 a.m. in Family Housing.

Sarah Page Maxwell, female student was arrested for possession of marijuana 03/02/08 at 3:20 a.m. in Brumby Hall Lot.

Male student reported a Burglary on 03/02/08 between 1 a.m. and 6 a.m. at Kappa Alpha and reported an iPod – $350, two game controllers – $100 total and various CDs and DVDs $120 total taken.

A male student reported a burglary in Russell Hall on 03/03/08 between 1:45 p.m. and 2 p.m. and reported a laptop computer worth $1,150 taken from unsecured room.

A male student reported a theft by taking on 03/01/08 between 8:45 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. Creswell Hall in which a cell phone worth $200 was taken.

Marianne S. Robinette, female student was arrested for Possession of Marijuana/Failure to Stop at Stop Sign
on 03/04/08 at 8:05 p.m. on the River Road Loop.
