If you didn’t score a ticket to the football game against Georgia Southern, there are plenty of places downtown and around Athens that will be showing the game free of charge.

The Georgia Theatre: The music venue will transform into a sports fan haven on Saturday as the game will be shown live on the big screen.

Mellow Mushroom will definitely be playing the game from the pay-per-view channel.

Bars and restaurants downtown with Dish Network and DirecTV face a possible blackout. Georgia Bar and Allgood Lounge may be playing the game.
