Incident report for student reported being deceived out of $250 worth of football tickets

The following incidents were reported by the Athens Clarke County Police Department:

Matthew Edward Molony, 23, was arrested and charged with public drunkenness and felony possession of cocaine. He was booked at 5:33 a.m. on Sept. 6.

James Edward Atkinson, 19, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol and false name on a license. He was booked at 5:16 a.m. on Sept. 6.

John Michael Buhler, 18, was arrested and charged with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. He was booked at 9:53 p.m. on Sept. 5.

Andrew John Connolly, 19, was arrested and charged with DUI, underage possession of alcohol, driving on wrong side of the road and false name on a license. He was booked at 5:29 a.m. on Sept. 6.

Michael Paul Cosgrove, 19, was arrested and charged with possession of less than one ounce of marijuana. He was booked at 9:45 p.m. on Sept. 5.

Bradley Robert Delettera, 18, was arrested and charged with possession of less than one ounce of marijuana. He was booked at 10:53 p.m. on Sept. 5.

Jacquelyn Nicole Forte, 18, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol and false name on a license. She was booked at 4:49 a.m. on Sept. 6.

Logan Patrick Johnson, 19, was arrested and charged with possession of less than one ounce of marijuana. He was booked at 11:09 p.m. on Sept. 5.

Lisa Ellen Kerns, 22, was arrested and charged with DUI and failure to obey signals/signs. She was booked at 3:37 a.m. on Sept. 6.

Azadeh Shadea Sigari, 17, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. She was booked at 4:17 a.m. on Sept. 6.

Elliott Jordan Smith, 22, was arrested and charged with DUI. He was booked at 3:04 a.m. on Sept. 5.

Mica Eugene Baggett, 19, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. He was booked at 9:51 p.m. on Sept. 3.

Alexandra Carolyn Snyder, 18, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting. She was booked at 5:17 p.m. om Sept. 3.

Fraser Rowell, 20, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol and false name on a license. He was booked at 8:42 p.m. on Sept. 1.

Josefina Chalupova, 18, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. She was booked at 4:26 a.m. on Aug. 30.

Elizabeth Anne Hinson, 23, was arrested and charged with public indecency. She was booked at 2:10 a.m. on Aug. 30.

Elizabeth Grant Jones, 21, was arrested and charged with open containers and public intoxication. She was booked at 11:45 p.m. on Aug. 29.

Daniel Robert Panetta, 22, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was booked at 6:22 p.m. on Aug. 30.

Max Marccau reported his vehicle entered between midnight Sept. 6 and 11 p.m. Sept. 7 while parked at his Herman Street residence. A backpack, laptop with charger, iPod, and CDs were stolen. The total value was $1,780.

Richard Poythress reported his vehicle entered between 11 p.m. Sept. 3 and 11 a.m. Sept. 4 while parked at his Artisan Place residence. A stereo/CD/TV/GPS unit, iPod, sunglasses, and radar detector with a total
value of $2,480 were stolen.

Dustin Farmer of Carnesville said he was walking in the area of North Ave/Martin Luther King, Jr., Parkway, area around 1:30 a.m. Sept. 5, and was robbed by two black males. One male grabbed him and the other threw him to the ground. His wallet and phone were stolen. The total value was $146. One suspect was described as 30 years of age wearing a white shirt. No further description was given of the second suspect.

The South Rocksprings Street residence of Amy Lynn Davis was burglarized between 7:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. Sept. 1. A TV, camera, laptop, and blanket with a total value $2,920 were stolen.

The following incidents were reported by the University Police Department:

Benjamin Key Thompson, 21, was arrested and charged with public drunkenness and obstruction of a law enforcement officer. He was arrested at Sanford Stadium at 5:41 p.m. on Sept. 6.

Myra Elizabeth Cargo, 19, was charged with false report of a crime. She was booked at 3 p.m. on Sept. 4.

Andrew Simpson McGhee, 18, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. He was arrested at Russell Hall at 3:21 a.m on Sept. 5.

Ryan Mitchell Roper, 18, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. He was arrested at Russell Hall at 3:21 a.m. on Sept. 5.

Robert Randall Short Jr., 18, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. He was arrested at Russell Hall at 3:21 a.m. on Sept. 5.

Victoria Gordon, 18, was charged with underage possession of alcohol. She was booked at 9:49 p.m. on Sept. 3.

Andrew Buchholz McFarland, 18, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. He was arrested at the graduate parking lot at 2:31 a.m. on Aug. 30.

A University student reported a black bicycle worth $360 was stolen from Family Housing Building G between 8:30 a.m. Aug. 28 and 8:05 a.m. Aug. 29.

A University student reported being deceived out of $250 worth of football tickets by someone impersonating an officer at the Tate Center at 3 p.m. on Aug. 27.

A University student reported $80 of cash was stolen between noon Aug. 17 and 4 p.m. Aug. 28 at Creswell Hall.

A male visitor reported damage to his vehicle at the Dawson Hall Lot on Aug. 20 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

A University student reported feeling threatened by an unknown individual at East Campus Village on Aug. 30 at 10 p.m.

A University student reported two purses and a U.S. passport with $21 were stolen from her car at the women’s sports complex between midnight on Aug. 28 and 1:03 a.m. on Aug. 31.

A male visitor reported $50 cash was stolen from his car at the women’s sports complex between 3 p.m. Aug. 29 and 1:08 a.m. Aug. 31.

A University student reported damage to the driver’s side door frame of her car at the women’s sports complex between 6 a.m. Aug. 28 and 8:05 a.m. Sept. 1.

A University student reported a CD player, speakers and amplifier worth $480 were stolen from his vehicle at the Upper Graduate Lot between 8 p.m. Aug. 30 and 3:36 p.m. Sept. 1.

A University student reported cash, license and credit cards worth $84 were stolen from her vehicle at the women’s sports complex between 6:30 a.m. Aug. 28 and 1:30 p.m. Aug. 30.

A visitor reported $291 in cash stolen from a stadium vending booth at Sanford Stadium between 12:30 p.m. and 5 p.m. on Aug. 30.

A University student reported a wallet and contents worth $114 were stolen from the Student Learning Center between 11 p.m. Sept. 1 and 6 p.m. Sept. 2.

A University student reported a textbook worth $102 was stolen in the Tate Center between 9 a.m. and 9:05 a.m. on Sept. 2.

The University reported a Dell laptop worth $2,879 was stolen at River’s Crossing between July 15 and Sept. 3.

A University employee reported his 1998 Cadillac Brougham and contents worth $3,803 were stolen from the Chicopee Employee Lot between 3:30 p.m. and 8:05 p.m. on Sept. 3.

A University student reported a book bag, laptop, textbook and keys worth $602 were stolen at the Student Learning Center between 9:55 p.m. and 10 p.m. on Sept. 3.

A male visitor reported a wallet and contents worth $120 were stolen from Sanford Stadium at 3:35 p.m. on Sept. 6.

A male visitor reported a wallet and contents worth $1,000 were stolen from the Tate Center Pay Lot between 1:45 p.m. an 2:15 p.m. on Sept. 6.

A male visitor reported a broken rear vehicle window at the Ramsey Center Parking Deck between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. on Sept. 6.

A University employee reported a wallet and contents worth $50 were stolen from San Stadium between 7:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. on Sept. 6.
