- Chinese Martial Arts in Literature. Janice Kam will be lecturing on the topic “Martial Arts represented in Literature” in the Miller Learning Center 251 from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. Kam is a professor in the Comparative Literature department specializing in Chinese Language and Literature. She teaches Chinese language courses that focus on East Asian women’s literature, general Chinese literature and martial arts.
