Stafford to ‘be at full speed’ for Kentucky
Quarterback Matthew Stafford had X-rays on his ankle following the Florida, despite saying that he was fine in postgame interviews.
Coach Mark Richt reiterated Stafford’s status following Wednesday’s practice.
“He will be [at full speed] Saturday [against Kentucky]. He’s throwing the ball just fine,” Richt said. “I don’t know if it’s his shin or his knee or his ankle or something that got a bone bruise on it that’s bothering him a little bit. It was bothering him more yesterday than it is today. He’ll have no limitations.”
