The truth about Ramsey

On Thursday June 25 a letter titled, “Theft Does Not Go Unnoticed,” in which a patron made some remarks regarding the Strength and Conditioning (S&C) area in the Ramsey Student Center, was published in The Red & Black mailbox section.

We would like for all of our patrons to know that we appreciate them and that we do our best to address their concerns. We believe it is important for all of our patrons to know that when we make decisions we take into account the health, safety and security of patrons as well as the needs of our customers.

The reason for us sending old exercise equipment to surplus is to make room for the new state-of-the-art equipment that will be arriving in early August.

There are posted signs in the facility regarding the upcoming changes that will benefit our users.
