The following was reported by the University Police Department:

Ronald James Seib II, 19, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol and possession of a fake ID. He was arrested at the Hull Street Employee Lot at 1:28 a.m. Aug. 26.

Anand Himanshu Jani, 18, was charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana. He was arrested at Creswell Hall at 10:38 p.m. on Aug. 27.

University employee Randy Blackwell, 51, was charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana. He was arrested at Reed Hall at 3:15 p.m. on Aug. 28.

Charles Joseph Chandonnet, 18, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol and possession of a fake ID. He was arrested at the Kappa Alpha lot at 2:45 a.m. on Aug. 30.

The following was reported by Athens-Clarke County Police Department:

Soo Han Kim, 22, was arrested and charged with DUI alcohol and speeding on Broad Street at King Avenue on Aug. 28. According to the police report, during the arrest, “he said he would study, believe in God and achieve his goals if [the officer] would forgive him and let him go home.”

Paul Ansel Tupper, 22, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. According to the police report, he was arrested after shouting, arguing and pushing on East Clayton Street at College Avenue on Aug 28.

Wallace Scott Davis was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. According to the police report, an officer witnessed him wearing a Spider-Man outfit and fighting on the ground with another male on North Lumpkin Street on Aug 28.

Ryan Christopher Mandrell, 20, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol at Sandbar on College Avenue on Aug. 29.

Jordan Scott Moore, 23, was arrested and charged with public intoxication on East Clayton Street at Jackson Street on Aug. 29.

Thomas S. Hawkins was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol on North Jackson Street at East Clayton Street on Aug. 29.

Blair Louise Prescott, 18, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol on Lumpkin Street at Bocock Street on Aug. 29.

Carlton Morgan Gantt, 19, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol and possession of fake ID. He was booked at 1:14 a.m. on Aug. 29.

Michael Scott Harper, 19, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol and disorderly conduct. He was booked at 4:08 a.m. on Aug. 29.

Cory Robert Haynes, 19, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol and noise ordinance violation. He was booked at 1:27 a.m. on Aug. 29.

Anne Maureen Mitchell, 20, was arrested for underage possession of alcohol and open containers. She was booked at 2:43 a.m. on Aug. 29.

Nicholas Paul Sorel, 19, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol and possession/making false ID. He was booked at 1:34 a.m. on Aug. 29.

Brian Douglas Thompson, was charged with felony possession of a weapon on school property. He was booked at 3:25 p.m. on Aug. 28.

George David Pirie III, 25, was arrested and charged with simple battery, public intoxication and disorderly conduct. He was booked at 5:45 a.m. on Aug. 30.

James Andrew Zoll, 19, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol and possession of fake ID. He was booked at 1:12 a.m. on Aug. 30.

Michael Scott Bohan, 19, was arrested and charged with DUI alcohol, underage possession of alcohol and failure to use headlights. He was booked at 5:28 a.m. on Aug. 28.

Tonia Austin Gantt, 37, was arrested and charged with reckless conduct, battery and criminal trespass. She was booked at 9:05 p.m. on Aug. 27.

Jeremy Glynn Lott, 21, was arrested and charged with DUI alcohol, improper driving, and hit and run of a fixed object. He was booked at 3:07 a.m. on Aug. 28.

John Morgan McDaniel, 19, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. He was booked at 4:04 a.m. on Aug. 28.

Margaret Robinson, 59, was arrested and charged with DUI alcohol and improper driving. She was booked at 2:46 p.m. on Aug. 27.
