Hassle-free Hawaiian Omelet
(for a single omelet)
2 large eggs
� cup diced ham
� cup pineapple tidbits
1 tbsp cream cheese, softened
1/8 cup diced red onion
Salt and pepper
1 medium sized Ziploc bag
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, ham, pineapple, cream cheese, onion, and a pinch of salt and pepper until thoroughly combined. Pour the egg mixture into your Ziploc baggy.
Bring a medium-sized pot of water to a boil and drop in the sealed omelet bag. Allow the bag to simmer for 5 to 8 minutes. Remove the bag from the water with tongs and allow and drain on paper towels.
Allow the bag to cool slightly before handling. Open the bag and pour your cooked omelet onto a plate. Enjoy!
