The following was reported by the University Police Department:

Cortney Donell Newmans, 19, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and disobeying a traffic control device. He was arrested on Baxter Street at Church Street on Sept. 6 at 12:39 p.m.

Hui Yu, 22, was arrested and charged with driving too fast for conditions and without a license. He was arrested at the Legion Pool Lot on Sept. 7 at 4:40 p.m.

Tyler Bruce Harden, 18, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol at Snelling Dining Hall on Sept. 8 at 4:08 a.m.

A warrent was issued for Christopher Hampton, 18, for underage possession of alcohol on Sept. 2.

Wesley Craig Van Dyke, 19, was arrested and charged with driving without a license, on a sidewalk, without insurance and in an unregistered vehicle. He was arrested on the River Road Loop at River Road on Sept. 8 at 8:51 a.m.

Holden Howard Hendley, 20, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. He was arrested at Chi Phi Fraternity on Sept. 11 at 1:35 a.m.

Ann Geitner, 20, was arrested and charged with driving without a license, driving without insurance, and driving an unregistered vehicle. She was arrested on East Campus Road on Sept. 11 at 11:22 a.m.

Hunter Kenneth Pratt, 20, was arrested and charged with underage possession and possession of a fake ID. He was arrested at Oglethorpe House on Sept. 12 at 4:19 a.m.

Tyler Robert Torres, 24, was arrested and charged with public drunkenness, disorderly conduct and obstruction. He was arrested at Sanford Stadium on Sept. 12 at 7:05 p.m.

Caitlin Mary Torres, 22, was arrested and charged with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct. She was arrested at Sanford Stadium on Sept. 12 at 7:05 p.m.

Scott Robert Buzzard, 18, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. He was arrested at Sanford Stadium on Sept. 12 at 8:23 p.m.

Annelise C. Mackinnon, 18, was arrested and charged with underage possession and possession of a fake ID. She was arrested at Brumby Hall on Sept. 13 at 1:13 a.m.

The following was reported by the Athens-Clarke County Police Department:

Sarah Ashley Jordan, 19, was arrested and charged with underage consumption while driving, no license on person and no lights on. She was arrested on Broad Street at College Avenue at 11:08 p.m. after she said she drank at a sorority house.

Samuel Hunter Ailts, 23, was issued a criminal trespass warning and was barred from The Exchange Apartments after arguing with his girlfriend in a car.

Brittney Hathfield, 20, was arrested and charged with underage consumption and public intoxication. She was arrested after an officer found her barely able to stand up on the corner of Washington and Clayton on Sept. 12 at 3:10 a.m.

Leigh Ann McKinley, 18, was arrested and charged with DUI, underage consumption of alcohol and improper driving. She was arrested on Church Street at Broad Street on Sept. 12 at 1:17 a.m.

Catherine Williams Thibadeau, 18, was arrested and charged with underage consumption after being a passenger in a DUI traffic stop. She was arrested on Church Street at Broad Street on Sept. 12 at 1:17 a.m.

Rigney Chancellor, 20, was arrested and charged with underage consumption after an officer witnessed him staggering on a sidewalk at the Broad Street Bar and Grill. He was arrested on Sept. 12 at 12:05 a.m.

Peter Benjamin Hadden, 18, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol and public intoxication after pushing a man at the corner of Broad Street and Jackson Street. He was arrested on Sept. 11 at 2:10 a.m.

Arin Christian Fowler, 19, was arrested and charged with Underage possession of alcohol and public urination after an officer witnessed him urinating in the BB&T parking lot at 475 East Broad Street. He was arrested on Sept. 11 at 1:56 a.m.

Charles Adam Davidson, 22, was issued a noise violation at 198 Hall Street on Sept. 12 at 7:55 p.m.

Alex C. Wunderlich, 19, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol and public urination after urinating in a parking lot. He was arrested at 475 Broad Street on Sept. 13 at 2:28 a.m.

Mary Allyson Carlton, 18, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol at Stadium Village Apartments at 250 Little Street. She was found by a resident wandering the parking lot. The resident called the police out of concern for Carlton. Carlton told police she had taken Zoloft and alcohol when she was arrested on Sept. 13 at 1:30 a.m.

Tiffany Marie Howard, 21, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. She was arrested at the BB&T on Broad Street on Sept. 12 at 6:40 p.m.

Amanda Cary Lindamood, 19, was arrested and charged with public intoxication and underage possession of alcohol. She was arrested at the BB&T on Broad Street on Sept. 12 at 6:40 p.m.

Robert Matthew Bishop, 20, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol and urinating/defecating in public. He was booked at 4:31 a.m. on Sept. 12.

MacKenzie Devin Gallagher, 21, was arrested and charged with reckless driving, laying drags, failure to obey stop and yield signs and going the wrong way down a one-way street. He was booked at 9:21 p.m. on Sept. 11.

William McDowell Atherton, 20, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol and failure to obey signals/signs. He was booked at 6:15 a.m. on Sept. 9.
