Game Rewind

PLAYER OF THE GAME:
Joe Cox, Georgia quarterback

Cox enjoyed a career night, finishing 18-of-26 for 375 yards and five touchdowns (tying a school record.)

KEY MOMENT:

With Georgia leading 42-38 and facing a third and five early in the fourth quarter, Cox went for the end zone. Sophomore A.J. Green got behind the Razorback secondary and pulled down a 28-yard touchdown catch to give the Bulldogs a 49-38 lead.

KEY DECISION:

Late in the second quarter, with the Bulldogs trailing 21-17 and the ball on the Arkansas 31, coach Mark Richt elected to go for it on fourth and two. Cox hit senior Michael Moore for six yards and the first down. The next play, Cox connected with Green for a 25-yard touchdown, giving Georgia the lead 24-21.
