The following was reported by the University Police:

A University student was found intoxicated and unconscious at Creswell Hall. He was charged with underage possession on Sept. 22 at 11:07 p.m.

Lamonte Rondell Ponder was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and expired tags. He was arrested on River Road on Sept. 23 at 11:17 a.m.

Madeline Ray Vogler was arrested and charged with DUI, possession, obstruction, reckless driving and hit and run. She was arrested at the East Campus Village lot on Sept. 23 at 5:34 p.m.

Carter Spurgeon Younts was arrested and charged with underage possession at the Chi Psi lot on Sept. 24 at 1:41 a.m.

Casey Lee Caledonia was arrested and charged with fake ID at the Chi Psi lot on Sept. 24 at 1:41 a.m.

A warrant was issued for Thomas McConnell for underage possession on Sept. 23.

Samuel O’Neal Weaver was arrested and charged with pedestrian in roadway, fake ID, underage possession, obstruction, simple battery on a police officer, and false name and date of birth. He was arrested on Wray Street at Lumpkin Street on Sept. 25 at 1:36 a.m.

Maxwell Lawrence Wirth was arrested and charged with underage possession and obstruction. He was arrested at the Treanor House on Sept. 26 at 6:47 p.m.

James Lee Clement was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. He was arrested at Myers Hall on Sept. 26 at 7:16 p.m.

Edward Lee Wells Jr. was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. He was arrested at Myers Hall on Sept. 26 at 7:16 p.m.

Ryan Alan Rains was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. He was arrested at Russell Hall on Sept. 28 at 1:06 a.m.

The following was reported by the Athens-Clarke County Police:

Lauren Catherine Keans, 18, Grace Anderson Liedberg, 19, Martha Cleveland Covington, 20, and Emma Felicite Mathews, 19, were arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. They were arrested after an officer heard them ask for a cab to Brumby Hall, a freshman dorm. The officer then questioned them and arrested them. According to the report, they were drinking at Bourbon Street bar during a dress up sorority social on Sept. 24 at 1:25 a.m.

Benjamin Meyer Weinstein, 20, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol after an officer saw him walking around with an orange traffic cone. He was arrested on Washington Street at College Avenue on Sept. 24 at 2:10 a.m.

James Michael Misencik, 18, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. He was arrested at City Bar on College Avenue on Sept. 25 at 12:20 a.m.

James Edward Franken, 22, was arrested and charged with DUI and improper driving after an officer observed his vehicle swerve between lanes. He was arrested on Lumpkin Street at Milledge Avenue on Sept. 25 at 1:25 a.m.

Corey Alford, 20, and Kevin John Frikor, 20, were arrested for underage possession of alcohol after an officer heard the two yell at each other. They were arrested at the BB&T parking lot on Broad Street on Sept. 25 at 2:07 a.m.

Katherine Michele Bunger, 20, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. She was arrested at The Roadhouse bar on Lumpkin Street on Sept. 25 at 2:10 a.m.

Virginia Lewis Hirschem, 19, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol after she was rejected from Bourbon Street bar for trying to use an ID that wasn’t hers. She was arrested at Bourbon Street on Sept. 26 at 12:01 a.m.

Kyle Edward Smith, 19, and Brian Dennis Wilker, 19, were arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol and failure to obey pedestrian signals after stopping traffic as they crossed East Broad Street. They were arrested at East Broad Street at Jackson Street on Sept. 26 at 12:01 a.m.

Ellen Manning Catlin, 18, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol after trying to use an ID that wasn’t hers to enter the Roadhouse bar. she was arrested at the Road House on Sept. 26 at 12:30 a.m.

Alexander Barclay Moore, 19, was arrested and charged with misdemeanor obstruction and underage possession of alcoholic after running from the arresting officer after the officer responded to reports of bottles thrown from a second story window. He was arrested at 580 E. Broad St. on Sept. 26 at 2:15 a.m.

Gregory Stephen Greene III, 19, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol after an officer saw him drinking beer in front of a closed bar and asked to see his ID. When he produced an ID, the officer saw it was fake and arrested him. He was arrested at 149 Lumpkin St. on Sept. 26 at 2:22 a.m.

Courtney Jo Lehmann, 24, was arrested and charged with DUI at a road check. She was arrested at the GA 10 Loop off ramp at College Station Road on Sept. 26 at 2:30 a.m.

Karen Michelle Christ, 21, was arrested and charged with DUI and red light violation after running a red light. She was arrested on Prince Avenue at Barber Street on Sept. 26 at 3:25 a.m.

Kendall Lynn Weatherman, 20, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol after an officer stopped her for open container. She was arrested on Broad Street at College Avenue on Sept. 26 at 6:15 p.m.

Karlee Jill Lichtenstein, 20, was arrested and charged with DUI after driving without headlights. She was arrested on College Avenue at Clayton Street on Sept. 26 at 9:20 p.m.

Adam Christopher Hopper, 22, was arrested and charged with public intoxication and defecating in public after squatting down behind a friend and defecating at 175 Lumpkin St. on Sept. 27 at 2:30 a.m.
