Crimewatch Sept. 30-Oct. 3

The following was reported by the University Police:

Austin Turner Roddy was arrested and charged with underage possession. He was arrested at Creswell Hall on Oct. 3 at 2:19 a.m.

Morgan Ashton Kirby was arrested and charged with indecent exposure. She was arrested at Sanford Stadium on Oct. 3 at 6:17 p.m.

Lindsay Rachel Jarvis was arrested and charged with public drunkenness. She was arrested at the North Deck on Oct. 3 at 10:57 p.m.

The following was reported by the Athens-Clarke County Police:

Elizabeth Michelle Bracken, 18, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol after an officer witnessed her randomly approach cars stopped at a red light to see if they were taxis. She was arrested on Dougherty Street at Thomas Street on Sept. 30 at 1:37 a.m.

Porcia Shardae “Lil Poke” Berry, 20, was arrested and charged with criminal damage after breaking a grill over the front of a vehicle and kicking the driver’s side door hard enough to leave a clear shoe print. She was arrested on Sept. 30 at 432 Freeman Drive at 8:08 a.m.

Clare Catherine Hoffman, 22, was arrested and charged with DUI after speeding and weaving over Broad Street’s center double yellow line three times. She began one field sobriety test on her own count of “1, 0, 2, 4.” She was arrested on Oct. 1 on East Campus Road at 1:30 a.m.

Joseph B. Madden, 20, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol and cited for open container after an officer saw a group of people walking down South Milledge Avenue, one group member screaming profanities. He was arrested on Oct. 1 at 9:20 p.m.

Gary Daniel Casey, 19, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol after an officer witnessed him place a beer bottle on the ground and shatter it with his foot. He was arrested at Sideways Bar on South Milledge Avenue on Oct. 2 at 12:45 a.m.

Sarah Elizabeth Dorman, 20, was arrested and charged with DUI, underage consumption while driving, failure to yield to pedestrian and open container in a motor vehicle. She was arrested after nearly hitting pedestrians crossing the street because she said she didn’t know if they were in a crosswalk or not. She was arrested on Prince Avenue at Childs Street on Oct. 2 at 11:20 p.m.

Thomas O’Malley Morgan, 29, was arrested and charged with pedestrian under the influence after stepping out in front of traffic. He was arrested at East Clayton Street at North Jackson Street on Oct. 3 at 12:05 a.m.

John W. Baylet, 19, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol and open container. When the arresting officer approached Baylet, who was holding an open beer bottle, and asked him for his ID, Baylet threw the bottle on the sidewalk and started running. Baylet tripped and fell and the officer arrested him at 101 College Ave. on Oct. 3 at 12:22 a.m.
