Recipe: Burrito Mix
“Bad Ass Burrito Mix”

1 cup of Basmati rice or whole grain
1 can of plain black beans
4 cloves of garlic
1 green pepper
� red onion
Jar of salsa
Make rice according to box instructions. Drain can of beans and mix with the rice. Dice and sautée the garlic cloves, pepper, and onion. Add the garlic, pepper and onion into the mix. Add jar of salsa or whatever suits one’s tastes. Then heat up a tortilla, melt Mexican cheese on the tortilla, add the burrito mix and enjoy.
