Crimewatch Oct. 6-11

The following was reported by the University Police:

A University student reported that a known individual had sexual intercourse with her against her will in an alcohol related incident, but refused to have police investigate or prosecute. The incident allegedly occurred at the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity house between Oct. 6 at 9 p.m. And Oct. 7 at 3:46 a.m.

A warrant was issued Oct. 7 for the arrest of University employee William Michael Watson for theft by taking.

Rohit Roy was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, underage possession of alcohol and possession of drug related objects. He was arrested at Reed Hall on Oct. 9 at 8:02 p.m.

Michael George Tinetti was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol and possession of a fake ID. He was arrested at Russell Hall on Oct. 9 at 11:48 p.m.

Levi Michael Hyams, starting shortstop for the University baseball team, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol, giving false information to an officer and possession of a fake ID. He was arrested at the Campus Transit building on Riverbend Road on Oct. 10 at 12:53 a.m.

Xingran Xue was arrested and charged with failure to maintain lane and driving without a license. He was arrested on East Broad Street at Mulberry Street on Oct. 10 at 11:45 a.m.

The following was reported by the Athens-Clarke County Police:

Christine Aerin Kim, 20, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting after a T.J. Maxx employee told police he saw her try to conceal several items. She was arrested at 196 Alps Road on Oct. 8 at 12:55 p.m.

Benjamin Hall Dillard, 20, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol after an officer found him lying on the ground “holding a credit card to his ear and talking into it because he thought it was his cell phone.” When the officer asked him how much he had to drink, Dillard said, “Above the legal limit.” He was arrested on Lumpkin Street at Dougherty Street on Oct. 10 at 1:50 a.m.

Ralph William Maddox, 23, was arrested and charged with DUI and driving without headlights. He was arrested on Thomas Street at East Broad Street on Oct. 9 at 2:12 a.m.

Kathryn Ann Kreimer, 22, was arrested and charged with DUI and failure to maintain lane after an officer saw her vehicle swerve between lanes, nearly striking another vehicle. She was arrested on Barnett Shoals Road at Lexington Road on Oct. 11 at 2:38 a.m.

Kenneth Williams, 43, was arrested and charged with DUI, no license on person, no headlights and open container after an officer saw him driving without his headlights turned on. He was arrested on Rocksprings Street at Reese Street on Oct. 11 at 1:54 a.m.

Erin Elizabeth Michael, 19, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol after an officer saw her ID rejected as fake at Bourbon Street. When she blew a 0.123 on an alcohol sensor, she was arrested on Oct. 10 at 12:43 a.m.

Marcus Antonio Parrott, 35, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and failure to stop at a stop sign. He was arrested on West Broad Street at Evans Street on Oct. 11 at 11:13 p.m.
