Crimewatch Oct. 13-18

The following was reported by the University Police:

Vance Ervin Cuff was arrested and charged with driving on the sidewalk and driving with a suspended license. He was arrested on Selig Circle at the Butts-Mehre building on Oct. 13 at 2:22 p.m.

Gary Darnell Stevens was arrested and charged with driving on the sidewalk and driving with a suspended license. He was arrested on East Rutherford Street on Oct. 13 at 2:43 p.m.

Andrew Brandon Matthews was arrested and charged with disobeying a traffic control device and driving with a suspended license as a habitual violator. He was was arrested on Thomas Street at Broad Street on Oct. 13 at 11:48 p.m.

Shannon Marie Grexa was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. She was arrested at Creswell Hall on Oct. 16 at 4:10 a.m.

Nicholas Wayne Dawson was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and failure to obey a traffic control device. He was arrested on Broad Street at Lumpkin Street on Oct. 16 at 11:01 p.m.

Jessup Turner Gravitt was arrested and charged with underage possession and possession of a fake ID. He was arrested on Jackson Street on Oct. 17 at 1:39 a.m.

Nathan Anthony Raimondo was arrested and charged with DUI and failure to maintain lane. He was arrested on Foundry Street at East Strong Street on Oct. 17 at 2:15 a.m.

A warrant was issued for Matthew Benjamin Christoper for underage possession of alcohol on Oct. 16.

The following was reported by the Athens-Clarke County Police:

Marcus Teasley, 19, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass and barred from the Tallahassee Club Villas. He was arrested at 101 Hanover Place on Oct. 13 at 6:57 p.m.

Gabriel Seyoung Choi, 19, was arrested and charged with felony possession of marijuana with intent to distribute after the arresting officer, acting on an anonymous tip, smelled marijuana coming from inside Choi’s apartment. When Choi let the officer in, the officer found two bags of marijuana and $530 cash in a desk. Choi was arrested at his apartment at The Reserve at 175 International Dr. on Oct. 13 at 9:50 p.m.

Craig Jeremy Bass, 18, and Barrett William Gold, 19, were arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol after the arresting officer saw Gold enter Sideways bar, then go back out and hand an ID to Bass. They were arrested at 364 E. Broad St. on Oct. 15 at 10:10 p.m.

Austin McGovern Lotz, 20, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol and possession of a fake ID after the manager of Broad Street Bar and Grill flagged down the arresting officer because he said Lotz had tried to put a full bottle of whiskey in the back of his pants. When the officer asked for Lotz’s ID, he discovered Lotz was in possession of two IDs, one of them fake. Lotz was arrested at 311 E. Broad St. on Oct. 16 at 12:10 a.m.

Kelly Ann Lanier, 20, was arrested and charged with DUI, underage consumption of alcohol while driving, open container in a motor vehicle and re-validation decal not affixed after an officer saw her vehicle drift over the center lane line multiple times. She was arrested on Broad Street at Alps Road on Oct. 16 at 1:22 a.m.

Shivum K. Gupta, 19, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol after police were called about an unknown individual sleeping on the floor of the complainant’s apartment. Police woke the Gupta and arrested him at College Trace Apartments at 550 Willow St. on Oct. 17 at 3:15 a.m.

Kyle Joseph Porche, 19, and Matthew Scott Thompson, 19, were arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. They were arrested on College Avenue at Broad Street on Oct. 17 at 2:39 a.m.

Matthew Paul Allen, 20, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol, misdemeanor obstructing a law enforcement officer, littering, use of a fake ID and open container. He was arrested at 321 E. Clayton St. on Oct. 17 at 1:39 a.m.

Joseph Cody Labelle, 18, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol after the arresting officer saw him being handed an ID outside Sideways bar. He was arrested at 354 E. Broad St. on Oct. 17 at 12:55 a.m.

Kirk Allen Davis was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol and open container when the arresting officer saw him drinking a margarita in front of Taco Stand. He was arrested at 247 E. Broad St. on Oct. 17 at 11 p.m.

Courtney Rhonwyn Agualo, 20, was arrested and charged with DUI, underage consumption while driving and speeding after the arresting officer used his radar to see she was traveling 61 miles per hour in a 35 mph zone. She was arrested on Prince Avenue at Talmadge Drive on Oct. 18 at 12:45 a.m.

William Herbert Oliver, 28, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol and open container after the arresting officer saw him drinking a clear cup of beer in front of Sideway’s bar. He was arrested on Oct. 18 at 12:25 a.m.
