Ending the comeback early
With Florida leading 24-10 at halftime, Georgia had the first possession of the second half with the chance to pull within one score. Instead, A.J. Jones intercepted Georgia quarterback Joe Cox on the first play. Florida scored three plays later, taking a commanding 31-10 lead.
