In Part One of “Narco,” Marco’s bleak past haunts him, and Jimmy must decide how to handle his relationship. Meanwhile, the wife of a drug distributor murders the main witness to her husband’s case.

Criminal Minds (CBS), 9 p.m.

The team heads to Miami to sort out a series of strange and ceremonial murders. Also, Reid suffers from migraines and hallucinations.

Off the Map (ABC), 10 p.m. Series premiere.

A fresh batch of attractive doctors arrive on television to aid the less fortunate in a small Latin American town. From those who brought us Grey’s Anatomy and Private Practice, Off the Map follows a team of idealistic doctors led by Dr. Lily Brenner who come to this environmentally challenging clinic in order to start anew. Mamie Gummer (Meryl Streep’s daughter) and Zach Gilford (Friday Night Lights) co-star.
