TORUN, Poland – Georgia track and field’s Lucie Ondraschkova and Tommy Barrineau concluded action at the European Cup Combined Events – Super League late Saturday in Torun, Poland.

Ondraschkova, a heptathlete from Opava, Czech Republic, made a three-place improvement from her 2010 finish after taking 21stthrough seven events. Ondraschkova scored 5,239 points and was the fourth-youngest finisher in the field.

Barrineau, a decathlete from Burke, Va., matched his 27th-place finish from the 2010 European Cup despite scoring 600 more points. Barrineau registered 7,052 points following the 10th and final event, which is still more than 600 points below his career-best mark of 7,654 set at this year’s Southeastern Conference Championships.

Barrineau concluded the competition by winning his heat with a personal-best time of 4:30.57 in the 1500-meter run.
