David Poythress: Georgia needs plan for water and education

Our nation’s current economic drought is “the worst since the Great Depression,” David Poythress, candidate for governor, said in his address to the Young Democrats last night in the Miller Learning Center.
“We need a plan for the next 50 years in both water and education,” he said.
