Nudity, alcohol lead to weekend arrests

The first full weekend back to Athens yielded two dozen alcohol-related arrests.
Witnesses reported seeing a woman streaking Friday near the Arch on Broad Street.
Chris Gerrard, a visitor to Athens, reported seeing the woman jump out of the passenger cab of a large truck clothed and run with her arms flailing.
