Dawn Bennett-Alexander was 12 years old when she heard Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s famous “I Have a Dream” speech in the shadow of the Lincoln Memorial on August 28, 1963.
Forty-six years later, the associate professor of employment law and legal studies is continuing the fight for equality.
