University Judiciary gives students a ‘fundamentally fair’ process

In the past few days there has been much debate surrounding the fairness and objectivity of University Judiciary hearings. We at UJ felt many of the concerns being raised can be alleviated by a brief explanation of the judicial process at the University. The judicial process is initiated when an incident is reported to the Office of Judicial Programs, usually through police reports, housing incident reports, students and outside referrals.
