Restrictive reign enforces its own rules

As I write this I’m looking out at the West Bank city of Ramallah. It doesn’t look as if there is a war going on, the only loud noises come from the things that would usually irritate one about a city. However, in the distance from the hilltop that I’m sitting on I see Tel Aviv and the Mediterranean sea behind it in the distance.

A sympathetic attitude is due

Some of the most interesting things to read about in the news and/or to hear political agendas about are health care reform or social security. It’s strange to me because when I see these programs being discussed or speak to my peers about some of the issues, I hear opinions, which are almost scary in the attitude they portray.
