UGA ranked sixth among universities with best value

The University was ranked the sixth best value among the nation’s public universities by Kiplinger’s Personal Finance magazine on Monday. UGA dropped two places from last year’s ranking. Local police warn students to be careful when leaving for break

The Athens-Clarke County Police Department sent out a missive to students this week, warning them to be wary when leaving for the upcoming Christmas break.

ACC sent out a list of things students can to to secure their valuables:

- Lock all doors (utilizing deadbolts if available) and windows upon embarking on your holiday trips.

Finding himself in trouble with the law for the third time in less than a year, the junior point guard was booted from the men’s basketball team by head coach Dennis Felton Friday.
